Shipping and Return
Shipping Info
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Saturday’s and Sunday’s are not considered business days.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Flamenco Plaza reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier.
We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
For International shipping it’s common to see no additional tracking information once the package departs from the US. This does not means that the shipment has stopped. You can either wait for the package to arrive (shipping times vary) or reach out to your local post office or carrier to get the latest update. Flamenco Plaza is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 7 days after your order was placed.
Returns
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Refunds are applied via the original payment method within 15 business days of receipt at the address indicated below.
Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse any shipping fees added to your original order.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Accessories as Earrings, Flowers, Hair Combs and Shawls
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note
● A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
● Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
● All returning items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags attached and the original packaging.
● Shoes must be in brand new condition. Shoes with stains, scratches or dirty soles will not be received. You can use the same box your shoes were shipped in to return them. Please do not place any shipping labels or tape on the manufacturer shoe box.
● Apparel items must be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged with the original tags attached.
● Items with non original tags attached in the product cannot be refunded or exchanged.
● Any item that shows a sign of wear or has been altered, resized or damaged will not be accepted for return/exchange/refund.
● The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
● Return shipping label is the customer’s responsibility.
Return Process
1- Identify items and email us
To return an item, please email customer service at info@flamencoplaza.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive the Return Form you will need to complete and send to us.
2- Prepare your package
After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Don’t forget to include the return form completed in the package.
3- Ship it
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.
Take your sealed package to any USPS, UPS or to your chosen delivery method location of your preference.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Exchanges
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your exchange has been processed. We’ll email you a new order confirmation and a new shipping confirmation.
